Itinerary
DAY 1: NAIROBI –MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
You will be picked up early in the morning and depart to Masai Mara National Reserve. You will drive south with a stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint which extends from the upper part of Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. After this stop, you will drive through Narok Town, check in at the Miti Mingi Eco Camp and have lunch. After lunch, you will enjoy an afternoon game drive in search of wildlife. Later in the day, you will head back to camp for dinner and your overnight stay at the Camp.

DAY 2: MASAI MARA FULL DAY
On this day, after taking your breakfast we have a full day game drive, with packed lunch provided. The reserve is well known for its black-manned lion, as well as its abundant resident wildlife and its one of the few places where it’s possible to see the big five during a morning’s game drive. For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 species have been recorded: among these 16 species of eagle, plus many hawks and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks 4 of bustard (including the Kori bustard, the world’s heaviest flying bird), and 9 species of sun birds.

DAY 3: MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE-SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, together with other tourists, visit the Masai village or take a Nature walk with Masai warriors. Then return to the camp or lodge for check out, and drive to the Kenya-Tanzania border via Isebania. Upon arrival at the border, documentation will be checked and then you will drive to the Serengeti National Park and begin an amazing game drive. You will make your way to the Lodge/camp where you will check in, have dinner and settle in for your overnight stay at the Lodge

DAY 4: SOUTH SERENGETI FULL DAY
Spend these full day in the Serengeti National Park. We are completely flexible with your preferences and this day will be organized according to your wishes. On every day of the safari, your guide will discuss with you the best timings for you, including for the game drives and the wake up time. For example, on this day, you could do a morning game drive, return to the camp for lunch and relaxation and finish with an afternoon game drive. Alternatively, you could do a full-day game drive with picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight at your lodge/camp.

DAY 5: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK-NGORONGOR CRATER
After an early morning breakfast, you will check out and take part in a game drive as you make your way to Ngorongoro with a packed lunch to enjoy along the drive. Upon arrival, you will register with the park and enjoy an amazing game drive at the floor of the crater for the rest of the day. Later in the evening, you will ascend to the crater rim and drive to the lodge where you will check-in, have dinner and settle in for your overnight stay.

DAY 6: NGORONGORO CRATER FULL DAY
After early breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater and on arrival, descend 2000ft (670m) into the crater floor for a full day crater tour with picnic lunch. Black manned lions, rhinos, buffaloes, elephants and other grazing animals abound. Evening game drive, later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 7: NGORONGORO- LAKE MANYARA
After breakfast you’ll check out from the lodge and have a scarce amount safari destination produces the same experience as the Ngorongoro Crater – the game viewing is simply effortless. Most animals remain within the crater due to its high walls. This is the perfect location to view every member of ‘The Big 5’ in one day. We will have a wonderful picnic lunch inside the crater. The unfilled caldera is also home to hyenas, hippo, zebra, wildebeest and an impressive variety of water birds. Your guide will enlighten you by sharing facts about the animals, vegetation and locating hidden animals. After late afternoon we will drive you to Lake Manyara where you will overnight and get a dinner

DAY 8: LAKE MANYARA-ARUSHA
On our last day of the tour, we will experience the beauty of Lake Manyara National Park. We will enjoy an early breakfast, in order to start our game drive early enough to spot the “Big Five” mammals. Nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, Lake Manyara National Park provides picturesque, yet varying scenery. Throughout the day we will experience the shrubbery of the golden savannah, mighty rivers, and amazing wildlife. We will eat our picnic lunch in the heart of the beautiful park. Soda Lake and the surrounding savannah support the highly diverse ecosystem, leading to the diverse array of wildlife to be viewed within the park. With over four hundred species of dazzling birds, some of which are migratory, Lake Manyara National Park is a birdwatcher’s paradise. Lake Manyara is home to the legendary tree-climbing lions as well as powerful water buffalo, immense African elephant, soaring giraffe, graceful impala and gigantic hippo. In the late afternoon, we will leave Manyara and proceed to Arusha and catch your flight back home or take a shuttle bus back at an extra cost to Nairobi to catch your flight back home.
